Garden Makeover With Porcelain Paving Patio And Composite Decking Runcorn
In this landscaping garden makeover project, we have transformed the rear garden by installing Porcelain paving to the patio area along with new artificial lawn, composite decking, raised sleeper bed and timber fence screen along two sides.
At first, we have cleared the site by excavating the ground to the required depths in preparation for the paving, decking and artificial lawn.
We have supplied linear drain and connected into grid along the house elevation and installed land drain under the grass and between decking and paving with an underground connection pipe under paving joining linear drain and grid.
We have installed sleeper retaining wall to create raised planting bed along the rear fence between decking and gate and timber screen to screen off the existing fence using rough sawn timber.
We have installed porcelain paving to create patio from the house up to composite decking based on the area of approx. 8m2 and a raised composite decking feature, based on an area of approx 10m2 including fascias, also an artificial lawn based on the area of 9m2.
Finally, we have supplied materials and installed 5 border spike lights to the front garden on a smart switch and 10 LED spotlight into the decking fascias along each of the 4 elevations along with the smart switch to activate for the phone app and also an outdoor socket to power the lights with a waterproof box to allow to switch on and off from phone app.
This project was carried out in Runcorn, Cheshire.

What Our Customers Say
Our garden is looking gorgeous after your full advice and makeover in March 2014. We are so pleased that you are intending to carry out a maintenance programme so we are saving at the moment in anticipation of asking you to jet wash our decking and flags as we do not want to get it wrong as your job is so professional. What a brilliant idea. There are many garden maintenance contractors but we could pick the wrong one if we just choose at random, and ruin all your good work. We will be in touch.
