Gazebos & Pergolas

Is a great way to provide permanent year-round shelter in the garden

Gazebos or Pergolas are outdoor structures that are a popular addition to any garden decking or patio, for either decorative or functional purpose. Covered with a roof of some sort but open on all sides, gazebos are perfect for relaxing.
There are so many ways to put a pergola onto your decking or patio project. Your Pergola and Gazebo should be as individual as you are, a place where everything you want.

Gazebos can be made of a wide variety of materials. The most popular are wooden, but they can also be made of metal or stone.
Wooden gazebos offer natural beauty and many designs and finish options.  We often use cedar or redwood to construct gazebos and pergolas because of the natural moisture resistance and durability of these materials. Wooden gazebos are easy for most users to construct and maintain

Traditional Pergola
With a simplistic yet classic design, the Traditional Pergola is simple to assemble and requires little maintenance. A pergola is a framework for supporting climbing plants, often with a lattice roof, which may either be open or closed, is supported by simple, sturdy pillars for the plants to climb up. A pergola can be used as a sitting area, to relax in the shade of the plants climbing up its sides and roof, or it can form a shaded walkway or passageway.

Classic Gazebo
Some people call them pavilion. The Pavilion design is open-sided, relatively simple type of gazebo is often rectangular, supported by only four columns. The roof is also typically simple, more functional than Traditional Pergola. This type of gazebo is perfect for outdoor parties where the guests would appreciate the combination of fresh air and having a roof over their heads.

Trellis fencing is a great way to add decorative interest to your garden. These architectural structures feature a lattice which is formed of interwoven wood. Trellis fencing is ideal for supporting and displaying climbing plants, such as ivy, roses or grapevines. These also add shade to a sunny garden.

What Our Customers Say

Just had Darren and his lads from ABEL LANDSCAPES round to build me a waterfall that flows into my pond. Cannot fault these guys, they were very professional in their approach yet friendly at the same time. Nothing was too much trouble if I wanted a rock moved to a different position they were only willing to help. Pictures were taken at different stages of the job and sent to Darren to meet his approval. All in all, a great job must say I’m overly pleased with what ABEL achieved, and in a short timescale. The lads were really friendly and cleaned up after they finished each day. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone. 10 out of 10.
